The following type of pitches are excluded:

  • Any outdoor pitch that may contain abrasive materials e.g. tarmac or concrete.

The EWFL pop-up display banner ('banner'):

  • Remains the property of the EWFL and MUST be on display during any EWFL fixture/tournament. This may include public relations events to promote the EWFL. Any failure to do so will lead to a fine as determined by the current EWFL fines tariff.
  • The accredited centre and tournament organiser are responsible for the condition of the banner and should they fail to return the banner or return it in a damaged state when requested to do so are responsible for the cost of a replacement or its repair.

"Age is just a number in this game."

"We all should find something we love and enjoy doing – walking football is an excellent recreational sport and joining a team in the Essex Walking Football League may provide that opportunity to re-live some of those childhood memories (but don't forget the walking!)"
